Bring the whole family to celebrate the spooky festivities at Town Hall Annex, where you’ll enjoy food trucks, performances by RI Circus Space, and of course; trunk-or-treating! During this event, which will take place outdoors, all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Your little ones are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes, and so are you! Kids should bring a bag for all of the treats, and maybe a flashlight too!
